USAID Censorship Scheme Exposed; Global Engagement Center Worked With UK Government And Media Firms To Deploy AI Tools

On Thursday, America First Legal (AFL) released explosive new documents obtained through ongoing litigation against the U.S. Department of State’s Global Engagement Center (GEC), exposing a vast, government-backed censorship operation to silence Americans under the guise of “misinformation,” “disinformation,” and “malinformation.” The documents reveal a disturbing alliance between the GEC, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the British Foreign, Commonwealth, Development Office (FCDO), and media censorship organizations, all working in lock-step to manipulate public discourse, control media narratives, and suppress free speech.

The GEC, which was forced to shut down in December 2024, was designed to “combat foreign disinformation abroad.” However, through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, AFL uncovered that the GEC engaged in state-sponsored propaganda, repeatedly using willing participants from private media organizations. Further, AFL’s lawsuit against the GEC revealed that USAID had created an internal “Disinformation Primer” that explicitly praised private sector censorship strategies and recommended further censorship tactics.

The new documents released by AFL show:

    The GEC and USAID coordinated efforts to censor “COVID-19 misinformation” and counter “COVID-19 propaganda.”
    The GEC collaborated with officials in the British Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office on disinformation efforts.
    The GEC coordinated with private media censorship firms, including Poynter and NewsGuard, which provided samples of its Misinformation Fingerprints artificial intelligence (AI) tool, designed to identify and rate websites based on their perceived “misinformation.”

I. The GEC and USAID coordinated to counter “COVID-19 Propaganda and Disinformation”

In a widely distributed email to USAID, the GEC’s “Liaison Planner to USAID” stated that GEC would like to “sustain dialogue and connectivity during these unprecedented times” to help counter “misinformation” surrounding COVID-19 despite USAID’s self-described mission being “to extend assistance to countries recovering from disaster, trying to escape poverty, and engaging in democratic reforms.”

The documents show that GEC communicated with multiple branches of USAID, including “TF 2020-COVID 19,” “Digital Development,” “Asia Bureau ES Taskers,” “Asia Outreach,” “Conflict Prevention and Stabilization (CPS) Policy,” and “CPS Africa.”

Additionally, GEC and USAID worked together on “counter-propaganda” and “Disinformation and COVID-19 related products,” ranging from a “KHARON” (risk analysis program) demo to monitoring “disinformation” narratives surrounding the 2020 Presidential Elections in Moldova.

II. Coordination with Internet Censors NewsGuard and Poynter

Two days after the 2020 U.S. Presidential election, NewsGuard Technologies’ General Manager, Matt Skibinski, started an email chain to pitch NewsGuard services. Included in this email chain were:  

    Park Advisors’ then-Director Christina Nemr is an Obama Administration State Department alum. According to her LinkedIn, Park Advisors “Designed and led multi-million public-private initiatives addressing security threats in the information environment, bridging gaps between emerging technologies and real-world operational needs. Built and managed a global platform that evaluated and connected tools with mission-critical challenges, supporting government adoption.”
        The House Small Business Committee found that Park Advisors received a GEC cooperative agreement award of more than $6 million. Park Advisors then distributed subawards to several companies, including NewsGuard, the Atlantic Council, and the Global Disinformation Index, a project funded by George Soros that generated lists of conservative websites it urged advertising companies to boycott. Together, these groups, not subject to international restrictions like GEC was, tested disinformation products, which led to the creation of the “Disinfo Cloud,” an unclassified platform used by the U.S. federal government, the European Union, the U.K. government, the Australian government, and the Estonian government “to counter adversarial propaganda and disinformation.”

    Government employees from the Department of State, the National Security Agency (NSA), and Department of Defense components, including the National Security Innovation Network (NSIN), U.S. Cyber Command, and the U.S. Army European Command.

Skibinski showed samples of the new GEC/U.S Cybercommand Testbed Pilot (Misinformation Fingerprints). This program utilized artificial intelligence and machine learning to monitor “misinformation.” The House Small Business Committee report details that “there was no firewall in place to ensure that Federal resources were not being used to develop and promote technologies that would have domestic impacts.”

While NewsGuard claims to be a fair arbiter of truthfulness, research by the Foundation For Freedom Online reveals how NewsGuard operates the enforcement arm of the censorship industry that rates websites based on how much “misinformation” each site publishes.

Additionally, on February 4, 2021, Vonda Wolcott, Senior Program Manager at the Institute for War and Peace Reporting, connected GEC’s Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) “expert” with Baybars Orsek from Poynter. AFL has shown how Poynter funds a global false-flag operation of international “fact-checkers” that claim to be independent but are, in reality, a tightly woven network funded by Poynter and the GEC.

This email shows just how closely GEC and Poynter worked with GEC’s expert offering to “walk [Poynter] through GEC’s new M&E workbook.”

III. U.S. Department of State Officials Shared Information to a Foreign Government

An email from January 8, 2021, shows the distribution of alleged “malinformation” from U.S. Department of State emails to official UK government officials in the British FCDO. AFL previously exposed coordination between other pro-censorship organizations and the U.S. and U.K. governments to censor American citizens’ speech.

These documents further show the now-defunct GEC’s widespread efforts to suppress so-called “misinformation,” often through collaborating with government agencies, foreign governments, NGOs, and the media to silence dissenting voices.

America First Legal will continue fighting to expose government censorship and will always defend the First Amendment.

High-Grade Sarcoma Triggered by Second Dose of Moderna ‘Vaccine,’ Doctors Warn

A study conducted by a group of leading American medical doctors has confirmed that Covid mRNA “vaccines” can trigger high-grade sarcoma – a type of “turbo cancer” that grows and spreads more quickly than normal.

The study, led by Professor Edward Bae of the State University of New York (SUNY), detailed the case of a patient who was diagnosed with high-grade sarcoma shortly after receiving an mRNA injection.

The researchers were able to identify the second dose of Moderna mRNA “vaccine” as the injection that triggered the cancer.

In the “Abstract” section of the study’s paper, the researchers explain:

“Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a disease characterized by predominantly respiratory symptoms, which can progress to respiratory failure.

“Due to the novelty of the vaccines, it is difficult to assess if there are any associated long-term side effects.”

In the study, the researchers present the case of an elderly female who received Moderna’s Covid mRNA “vaccine.”

The patient developed a high-grade sarcoma at the site of the injection.

The woman was a 73-year-old female with a past medical history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and renal angiomyolipoma status post-resection in 2019.

She had been suffering worsening right upper arm swelling for two weeks before she was examined by doctors.

She noticed the swelling two to four days after receiving her second dose of the Moderna “vaccine.”

The swelling was within 1 cm from the prior injection site.

A physical examination confirmed that the woman had a high-grade sarcoma with “irregular features.”

The patient ultimately had a resection of the cancerous tumor four months after the initial visit.

She was diagnosed as having grade 3, stage IIIA undifferentiated, pleomorphic high-grade sarcoma.

The researchers are now calling for a full investigation into the links between the “vaccines” and rapidly developing and spreading “turbo cancers.”

Last year, Slay News reported that documents emerged that show Moderna has always known that the pharmaceutical giant’s Covid mRNA shots cause cancer.

The evidence has surfaced as cases of rapidly developing “turbo cancer” are continuing to surge around the world.

As Slay News has reported, cancer diagnoses have been soaring among those who have received Covid mRNA shots.

The cases started to spike in 2021, after the shots were rolled out to the public, and are continuing to surge today.

A veteran doctor, who has served as a hospital emergency room (ER) physician for over 25 years, recently raised the alarm over a dramatic surge in diagnoses of “obvious” cases of “turbo cancer.”

Dr. Ben Marble warns that the spike started in 2021 – after Covid mRNA shots were rolled out for public use.

Marble says in the years he’s served as an ER doctor, since 1998, he only ever diagnosed one, or maybe two, new cases of “obvious cancer” a year.

However, since 2021, Marble says he is now diagnosing a new case of “turbo cancer” as often as “once a week.”

Additionally, the doctor says “every time” he diagnoses a new case of “turbo cancer,” the patient is someone who received a Covid mRNA injection.

The surging cancers have led a growing number of leading doctors and scientists to speak out against the shots.

A world-renowned vaccine expert has presented evidence during congressional testimony showing that pharmaceutical giant Moderna knows its Covid mRNA shots cause cancer.

Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of mRNA vaccine technology, testified during a hearing on Capitol Hill led by Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).

During his testimony, Malone presented the patent for Moderna’s Covid vaccine.

Moderna’s patent shows that its COVID-19 vaccine vials contain billions of DNA fragments.

Those fragments, along with other contaminants, are linked to birth defects and cancer.

In the patent, Moderna admits that contaminants in the shots cause cancer.

However, as Malone highlights in his testimony, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) apparently ignored this admission when approving the shots for public use.

Malone argues that executives and scientists at Moderna and Pfizer must have known about the risks.

Dr. Malone warned that those who have received the mRNA injections would likely be at risk from “anything that is associated with DNA damage.”

In terms of DNA damage, Malone explains that “birth defects and cancer [are] the most notable ones.”

Internal FBI chat logs revealed that the bureau imposed a “gag order” on agents regarding the New York Post bombshell story on the Hunter Biden laptop. Along with showing Hunter’s depravity, the laptop revealed Joe Biden’s involvement in his son’s foreign business dealings.

The chat logs, published Tuesday by the House Judiciary Committee on X, show that the gag order extended to an FBI analyst who attempted to alert social media companies that the laptop was authentic—before these companies moved to censor the story’s spread.

On Oct. 14, 2020, the New York Post released its first story on the laptop’s content. That same day, FBI officials instructed agents, “please do not discuss Biden matter.”

Earlier chats show a group of agents—including Laura Dehmlow, Bradley Benavides and James Dennehy—debating the Post’s story.

“You guys are tracking the coverage of the laptop right?” Dehmlow wrote. Both Benavides and Dennehy replied affirmatively.

Later, agents whose names remain sealed sent messages stating, “right answer – nobody on call is is [sic] authorized to comment upon NY Post story” and “nobody [is] authorized to comment.”

One agent asked if another had “admonished” the colleague who nearly revealed the laptop’s authenticity to Big Tech companies. “yes but he wont [sic] shut up,” one response read.

Hours later, agents reiterated that they were forbidden from commenting on the laptop story, with messages like “official response no commen [sic] and “we cannot comment.”

A previous transcribed interview with Dehmlow revealed that during a Zoom meeting with Big Tech, an FBI agent was interrupted before he could confirm the laptop was real and already in the bureau’s possession.

The FBI had verified the laptop in 2019 by cross-referencing its serial number with Hunter’s iCloud storage, FBI special agent Erika Jensen stated during Hunter’s criminal trial in 2024.

Despite this verification, the bureau remained silent while social media companies debated whether the Post’s story was tied to a Russian disinformation campaign.

Notably, the FBI had warned them weeks earlier of an imminent “hack-and-leak” story about the 2020 election, leading many to mistakenly equate that warning with the laptop exposé.

The laptop revealed that while Hunter failed to pay millions in taxes, he also consumed drugs, paid for prostitutes and launched what Republicans call an “influence-peddling scheme” aimed at selling access—or at least the appearance of access — to Joe Biden in exchange for payments.

According to the laptop, 10% of these payments were earmarked for the “Big Guy,” a term confirmed by former Biden ally Devon Archer to refer to Joe Biden.

Biden went on to win the 2020 election, and before leaving office in 2025, he issued sweeping pardons to his siblings and Hunter, covering offenses committed between 2014 and 2025.

The US is bombing Yemen again after Houthi leaders announced that their blockade on Israeli shipping would resume due to Israel’s siege on Gaza.

Trump could have used Washington’s immense leverage over Israel to force Netanyahu to honor the ceasefire agreement and allow aid into Gaza. Instead he let the IDF lay siege to Gaza and started bombing Yemen for Israel, because he’s a warmongering Israel cuck.

Trump is bombing Yemen for Israel, rushing weapons to Israel despite its flagrant ceasefire violations, and rolling out authoritarian measure after authoritarian measure to stop Americans from criticizing Israel. Because that’s what you get when you vote for America First.

The other day I shared a report about Israel continuing its insanely evil practice of murdering children in Gaza with sniper drones, and I got multiple people in my replies commenting “Release the hostages!” as a response.

I have no sympathy for Israelis, nor for Israel supporters who say they “feel unsafe”. This isn’t because I am uncaring, it’s because I know any sympathy I might point in that direction will be harnessed and used to murder Palestinians, start wars, and destroy free speech rights.

When you proclaim that anti-Zionism is antisemitism and then Zionism murders tens of thousands of children, you are naturally going to see a rise in “antisemitism” as you have defined it. That’s all this whole “antisemitism crisis” narrative has been from the very beginning.

Zionism is not a religion, it’s a fucking political ideology. It’s always legitimate to criticize a political ideology. Saying it’s evil forbidden speech to express disdain for Zionism is the same as saying it’s evil forbidden speech to express disdain for white nationalism. Zionism is the political ideology which supports the west’s decision to drop an apartheid ethnostate on top of a pre-existing population and maintain that apartheid ethnostate by any amount of violence and abuse necessary.

You can’t butcher children by the tens of thousands with the backing of the most powerful war machine on the planet in the name of supporting this political ideology and then legitimately cry victim when people have something to say about it. That’s not a thing.

People tend to bluff the opposite of whatever hand they’re holding; newbies do it in poker, and everyone does it with their ego. Conservatives are afraid of everything, so they posture as hypermasculine tough guys. Liberals are bootlickers who act like heroes of social justice.

You see this dynamic everywhere, on the personal level as well as political. The person who feels small acts big. The person who feels dumb acts like a know it all. You see some bloke acting like he’s better than everyone else and think “That guy needs to be brought down a few pegs,” but really he’s only doing that because he feels inferior to everybody; you can’t bring him down any lower than he’s already brought himself. They’re all just bluffing the opposite of the hand they believe they’ve been dealt.

Unelected judges deciding who can run, which is also happening in other countries definitely is not democratic. But this is as intended from the get go, to try to favor the established parties. US States legislations heavily favour the two established parties and put extremely high technical barriers for all the other parties to run candidates. Plus the ethos in the US, with

politics being like a religion, you are blue or red, like in Byzantium/Cosntantinopole you were green or blue, nothing else is allowed.

As a Romanian I am appalled at what is happening there, the crassness and impunity and shamelesness, which is all supported and encouraged from Brussells, and looked over by the US.

But this doesn’t mean Romania is a special case. It just a case of more acute fever, and a society where wealth is not as great at personal levels as in western Europe. Also, in Romania there are still a great percentage of people living in the country side that can still get by with what they can produce in terms of food, and even working in one of the romance speaking countries of EU, and ultimately not giving a fuck on the corruption.


Last thing on Earth European leaders want is an actual democratic State based in Liberty via Natural Rights. The long tragic history of Europe is millennia of monarchs and autocrats and feudalism and endless wars and terror without end. Those European «leaders» caused the deaths (by warfare) of well over a hundred million people in the 20th Century alone. The US needs to exit NATO and let the European savages get back to murdering one another on an industrial scale.


No further proof required to confirm that if you cannot control your candidates whether they are classified Left or Right, then the most obvious answer is to bar them from electoral procedure. This is a classy example we live under an EU Oligarchy with dictatorial Powers to do as it pleases to oppress the People they falsely claim to protect and respect.


What country only allows the electorate to vote for pro western politicians and ban any opposite who do not support this view. Can you image the outcome if a country like Georgia said you could only vote for a far right politician or someone who was pro Russia and any alternative politician who was pro west was banned.


EU is anti democracy. They are an aggressive godless totalitarian organization .


Mrs. Diana is to be commended for her courage to take a stand and speak against the many abuses of the system. Yet her most obvious flaw is that she shouts most of the times when speaking on different topics. But I don’t blame her for that, it’s not an easy thing to be in her shoes. I appreciate she did not drag Mr. Georgescu’s name in the mud, it would not help her win hearts and minds here but to the contrary. Mr. Georgescu is a visionary and a true patriot. He spoke his (our) truth with courage and determination which costs him dearly yet he was willing to pay the price.
So, what’s to be learned by Russia from all of the recent turmoil in the EU but especially in Eastern Europe? That all great powers need spheres of influence and buffer zones when dealing with other great powers. The fact that some Eastern European states are mostly Christian Orthodox should motivate Russia to see those countries as potentially long time, dependable allies, no matter how the political winds are blowing at this very moment. Russia has lost a lot of influence over Eastern Europe because of all the troubled times of the 90s, yet now it has another chance to win hearts and minds and that would be a true, lasting victory. Thus, I see Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, North Macedonia as long time, natural allies. Other countries may be interest-based, circumstantial allies but the natural ones will always be there, once the kindred spirit is once again awakened and nurtured. It may take a while to get there but it is well worth trying. For I guess all the people of Eastern Europe are deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the «values» and «prosperity» EU bureaucrats brought to them. These being said, perhaps Victoria Nuland’s statement of «F..ck the EU» can be seen in a whole new light.


The EU was a great idea built on travel free and right to work for all Europeans. Suddenly it turned into a giant dictatorship entity giving orders and manipulating events from Brusselstan. Disgusting!

Romania’s electoral authority has rejected right-wing politician Diana Iovanovici-Sosoaca’s bid to run in the country’s upcoming presidential election. The decision, announced Saturday, marks the second time the politician has been barred from the race.

Sosoaca, a former lawyer and MEP for the nationalist S.O.S. Romania party, was disqualified from last year’s annulled election after the country’s Constitutional Court ruled that her anti-Western rhetoric and support for closer ties with Russia violated Romania’s democratic framework. The politician, however, filed a new bid with the Central Electoral Bureau on Thursday, arriving at the headquarters wearing boxing gloves and vowing to “fight the system,” which she has long accused of being undemocratic and dictatorial.

According to local media, the election bureau cited the Constitutional Court’s 2024 ruling in its decision to reject Sosoaca’s new bid, with ten members voting against her candidacy and only three in favor. Following the decision, Sosoaca declared that she had once again proven Romania “doesn’t have democracy” and vowed to continue her political fight.

Speaking to RT on Thursday, Sosoaca accused the European Commission and its president, Ursula von der Leyen, of orchestrating her previous removal from the race. “Ursula von der Leyen has Romanian politicians in her hand and orders them what decisions to make,” she stated, slamming the commission president as “the main opponent of sovereignty in Romania, as well as all other countries in Europe.”

Sosoaca, who calls herself a “sovereignist” fighting for Romania’s future, blames the economic problems in the country on Brussels’ policies, especially with regard to Russia, and calls the EU a “dictatorship.”

“Romania needs a negotiator who will take our country out of the EU’s losing logic,” she said, adding that EU policies, including sanctions against Russia, had “bankrupted its own economy” and caused unnecessary conflict, with “all European countries paying for this stupidity.”

Sosoaca has until midnight on Saturday to appeal the decision. The first round of the election, a rerun after last November’s vote was annulled, is scheduled for May 4. So far, 14 candidates have applied to run, four of whom – including the first-round winner in the annulled vote and another staunch NATO and EU critic, Calin Georgescu – have been rejected.

Georgescu won the first round of last November’s election, but the Constitutional Court overturned the result amid allegations of electoral violations and claims that Russia had run an online campaign to promote him. Moscow denied any involvement in Romania’s electoral process. An investigation earlier this year revealed that the irregularities may have stemmed from a consulting firm linked to the pro-Western National Liberal Party, which allegedly sought to derail another candidate but inadvertently boosted Georgescu instead.

Five years ago, former MI6 chief Sir Richard Dearlove informed the then Prime Minister Boris Johnson that “it is now beyond reasonable doubt that covid-19 was engineered in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.”  But Johnson covered this up on the advice of Patrick Vallance, the then chief scientific advisor.

On 9 March the Mail on Sunday reported that virologist Robert Redfield was now “100 per cent” convinced that covid-19 was the result of scientists becoming infected while carrying out high-risk experiments to boost the infectivity of bat viruses.

In a commentary yesterday, the Mail on Sunday went further and wrote that “a highly distinguished source” had said that in the early days of the covid era, former MI6 chief Sir Richard Dearlove informed the then Prime Minister Boris Johnson, that “it is now beyond reasonable doubt that covid-19 was engineered in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.”

Sir Richard’s warning to Johnson was based on work by a reputable scientific team but he faced opposition.  Patrick Vallance, who was then at the heart of the Government’s scientific team, was reportedly reluctant to accept the lab leak theory.

Johnson himself was puzzled by the reluctance of some British scientists to consider the lab leak theory and asked the intelligence agencies to do more work on the origins of covid but his efforts were met with resistance from the scientific community.

The refusal of government experts to contemplate the lab leak theory has raised questions about whether the public and the then premier were actively misled by the scientific and intelligence community to protect research funding from Beijing and avoid angering the Chinese government.

The first type of RNA kill shot wasn’t enough.

So the European Union just approved something worse.

This is the way it looks from their point of view. The RNA forces cells of the body to produce a spike protein. With this new version, the body is also forced to make new RNA, which in turn forces the body to make more spike protein. And so on and so forth. Sounds like eternal vaccination. Sounds like continuously stimulating the immune system to react—wearing it out, or causing it to go into dangerous overdrive. Or both.

Naturally, there are no long-term studies on safety.

From my point of view, as you know, there is no convincing evidence that the shot makes the body produce this spike protein in the first place. Because no large-scale test has ever been done.

The entire purpose of the vaccine is getting the body to make that protein. For several billion people. So you’d think the WHO or the CDC or SOMEBODY would line up 100,000 people who had received the vaccine and see whether they had that protein in their cells. This is called science.

But no. Never been done. Won’t be done.
