Honoring Brandy Vaughan's Birthday

Honoring Brandy Vaughan's Birthday

Today, Brandy Vaughan would have been 50 years old.

A milestone birthday she should have been here to celebrate.

She should have been here with her son.

She should have been here with her friends.

She should have been here watching the movement she started continue to grow.

But she isn't.

Born March 21, 1976, Brandy was a mother, a whistleblower, a former pharmaceutical insider who walked away from the industry when she saw the truth.. and the founder of Learn The Risk.

She gave up everything to speak out.

Her career.

Her income.

Her reputation.

Her safety.

And on December 7th, 2020, she died suddenly under circumstances many of us will never stop questioning.

What she exposed made powerful people uncomfortable.

What she started woke up thousands of families.

What she built is still saving lives today.

Her 50th birthday should not pass quietly.

If she were here, she would still be speaking.

She would still be warning parents.

She would still be handing out info cards.

She would still be telling people to research before they inject.

So today, we honor her the way she would want us to.

Not with silence.

With action.
