STORY AT-A-GLANCE

  • In an October 2023 lecture, David E. Martin, Ph.D., detailed how we can know that SARS-CoV-2 is a manmade bioweapon that has been in the works for 58 years
  • The virus called “coronavirus” was first described in 1965. Two years later, the U.S. and U.K. launched an exchange program where healthy British military personnel were infected with coronavirus pathogens from the U.S. as part of the U.S. biological weapons program
  • In 1992, Ralph Baric at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, took a pathogen that used to infect the gut and lungs and altered it with a chimera to make it infect the heart, causing cardiomyopathy. This research was part of the efforts to produce an HIV vaccine
  • In November 2000, Pfizer patented its first spike protein vaccine. Between 2000 and 2019, vaccine trials using this technology proved it was lethal, yet in the summer of 2020, the clinical trials for the SARS-CoV-2 shots went straight into human trials
  • mRNA spike protein was publicly described as a bioweapon 18 years ago. In 2005, at a conference hosted by DARPA and The Mitre Corporation, the mRNA spike protein was hailed as a “biological warfare-enabling technology,” i.e., a biological warfare agent

The video above features a lecture David E. Martin,1 Ph.D., gave in Dornach, Switzerland, in late October 2023. Martin is a national intelligence analyst and founder of IQ100 Index, which developed linguistic genomics, a platform capable of determining the intent of communications.

Unambiguous Admission of a Premeditated Plandemic

As he is now in the habit of doing, Martin opens his lecture with a quote by Peter Daszak, president of EcoHealth Alliance. During a March 27, 2015, forum on Medical and Public Health Preparedness for Catastrophic Events, Daszak noted4 that unless an infectious disease crisis is at an emergency threshold, it tends to be ignored.

“To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis, we need to increase public understanding of the need for MCMs (medical countermeasures) such as a pan-influenza or pan-coronavirus vaccine,” Daszak said, adding:5

“A key driver is the media, and the economics follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process.”

Martin comments:

“This is the admission, unambiguously, which states without any equivocation, that the reason for the global terror campaign that began officially in the minds of most people in late 2019, was a premeditated plan of terrorism, collusion, coercion and, ultimately, murder … This quote is the admission of four felonies, regardless of which side of the Atlantic you’re on.”

What Felonies Did Daszak Admit to in 2015?

Martin then goes on to explain how, in that quote from 2015, Daszak admitted to several different felonies. In summary:

“To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis …” — Daszak is not speaking of expanding or benefiting public health here. He’s also not referring to an actual health crisis that was taking place when the comment was made.

No, according to Martin, “the crisis was that there was a reduction in funding of biological weapons programs sponsored by the World Health Organization. The crisis was not a health crisis. It was a funding crisis for the people who were running out of money for their bioweapons programs. Those are two crimes.”

“A key driver is the media, and the economics will follow the hype.” — This, according to Martin, is an admission of two additional crimes. “Hype” refers to psychological terror. In other words, funding will follow provided the psychological terror is great enough, and he admits the media will be used to push that fear porn.

The second felony is economic conspiracy, because “economics that follow hype is not informed consent,” Martin notes. “That’s not willing buyer, willing seller, informed of all the facts.” Using psychological terror to secure funding implies “an intent to defraud.”

Martin explains: “Under Crown Law we call it ‘fraudulent conveyance’ when you don’t inform the counterparty of the risks associated with a contract … Why is this important?

The reason why fraudulent conveyance is such an important principle in the law, is … [because] the fraud-perpetrating party is required under the law to not just recompense the damage.

Their legal obligation is to return the damaged party to their pre-damaged state. It’s not, ‘We’re going to give you a couple bucks for your pain and suffering. No, you are legally required to return the condition to the pre-damage state.”

So, to reiterate, financial compensation is not the legal standard when it comes to fraudulent conveyance. The party that engaged in the fraud is legally required to make the defrauded whole again. And why is THAT important? Because “we’re not even asking for what we should ask for,” Martin says.

Is there a dollar amount that can cure the myocarditis you suffered after the shot? Or the turbo cancer that’s killing your mother? Or the blood clots that killed your father? “If we followed the law, we would actually recommend, not a financial compensation, we would recommend a return to the pre-damaged state,” Martin says.

“We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues.” — What are “the real issues”? To get investors to respond with funding, which they will do if they can “see profit at the end of the process.” In other words, investors will open their pocketbooks if they can confirm that psychological terror makes people line up to receive an injection.

Why Do We Need a Vaccine for an Eradicated Infection?

Martin goes on to note that a Pan-Coronavirus Vaccine Program was actually publicly announced during the moratorium on gain of function on coronaviruses in the United States, which was in place from 2014 until 2017.6

“That gain of function moratorium was going on while we were announcing a global plan of global terrorism, a pan-coronavirus vaccine, which, by the way, the World Health Organization … declared eradicated a year earlier,” Martin says.

How do we need a vaccine for an eradicated disease, during a gain of function moratorium, when there’s theoretically no chance that we could have a reason to need a vaccine for a thing that doesn’t exist? Well, because we were making it — professor Baric. We were hyping it — Peter Daszak … And we were going to hijack liberty with it.”

The 58-Year Timeline of SARS-CoV-2

As explained by Martin, the virus called “coronavirus” was first described in 1965. Two years later, the U.S. and U.K. launched an exchange program where healthy British military personnel were infected with coronavirus pathogens from the U.S. — “as part of our biological weapons program.”

In 1992, Ralph Baric at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, took a pathogen that used to infect the gut and lungs and altered it with a chimera to make it infect the heart, causing cardiomyopathy.

“Pause and think about what I just said,” Martin says. “What what goes on in the head of a person who says, ‘This was a little glitch in my tummy, it was a little sniffle in my nose. Let’s see if we can make it hit hearts and … create cardiomyopathy,’ one of the most lethal heart inflammations possible …”

In November 2000, Pfizer patented its first spike protein vaccine. So, Operation Warp Speed really didn’t produce a spike protein vaccine in a few months. No, that research had been going on since late 2000. So, the COVID shots were 19 years in the making by the time they were rolled out.

The problem is that during those 19 years, none of the coronavirus vaccines worked. “Every single trial, from November of 2000 until [2019], had killed all of the animals into which the experimental injections were placed,” Martin says.

Despite that, the University of California San Francisco’s institutional review board was told, in the summer of 2020, that the clinical trials for the coronavirus vaccine were a “straight to humans protocol.” In other words, it didn’t need to go through preliminary animal research.

As noted by Martin, it would be quite inconvenient to have safety data showing it kills animals. No one would line up for a shot like that, no matter how many free cheeseburgers you throw at them.

How Can We Know That SARS Was a Weapon?

While all of that is disturbing enough, there’s more. Martin continues:

“You kind of can’t make this egregious level of a crime up unless you realize that behind this, there must be another crime. Each one of these, in and of themselves, is horrific. But the sum of them becomes much, much, much more problematic.

Let’s go ahead and jump to the wonderful creation of the patent that was filed in 2002, which is actually the reason why I am done with everybody who ask the question ‘Was there a novel virus; was there novel disease?’ Let’s stipulate, with the facts, that there were neither.

There’s not a novel virus. There WAS a variety of biological weapons designed off the back of the patent that was filed in 2002, which was the ‘infectious replication-defective clone of coronavirus.’

Now let’s slow down and answer the question, what does that phrase mean? Infectious replication-defective. ‘Infectious’ means we want to target a cell in the body to make sure the thing that we’re injecting goes into the cell …

Replication-defective’ means we want the information that we inject to infect that cell, but not replicate and spread to others, which means that the bioweapon itself was engineered as a weapon to hit a target, but not proliferate.

That’s what the patented technology is, which is the reason why, when we had SARS 1.0 in 2002 and 2003 … we were [told there would be] dead people everywhere. [But] as hard as we tried to make it into a pandemic … we [could] only kick 900 people off the mountain. That was the global pandemic. Why? Because the weapon worked.

If you exposed somebody to the toxic agent, they died. But they didn’t spread it to others, which is the reason why we did not have the transmission of SARS 1.0, because you can’t transmit a thing that’s designed not to replicate.

But worse still: What is the definition of a virus? … A virus is a replicating protein sequence. Guess what this isn’t? Replication-defective means we took the virus out of a virus. It was not a replicating device. It was in fact a weapon.

Now, I’ve got tons of people who go, ‘Dave, you’re crossing the line, don’t say it’s a weapon. It’s not a weapon … You offend people who kill people when you call it a weapon.’ Well, guess what, if you’re offended, I don’t care, because I didn’t call it a weapon — the guy who built it called it a weapon.”

mRNA Spike Protein Is a Biological Warfare Agent

Indeed, mRNA spike protein was publicly described as a bioweapon 18 years ago. In 2005, at a conference hosted by DARPA and the Mitre Corporation in the U.S., the mRNA spike protein was hailed as a “biological warfare-enabling technology.” Does that sound like it has any public health-related applications? No, as Martin insists, “biological warfare-enabling technology” means it’s a biological warfare agent.

“So, I’m not the one saying that it’s a biological weapon. I’m not the one saying it’s biological warfare,”Martin says.

“The perpetrator called it that in 2005, and was rewarded with a dual entry budget, where … the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, received money from Anthony Fauci’s NIAID/NIH budget, and exactly at the same time … Fauci had a second checkbook [that] came from the Department of Defense pandemic preparedness program. And guess what that was? An equal matching noncompetition grant …

In Europe, that’s a violation of anti-competition laws. You’re not allowed to double down on a public grant without competition or transparency, saying that this agency is going to give you $10 million … and [a second] one is going to give you $10 million … because [the first] one gave you $10 million —

Not because it was fair, not because it was open, not because it was transparent, not because there was actually grant competition, but by virtue of the determination of one side, the other side facto matched the money. And that started in 2005, not in 2019.”

Big Pharma Owns All North Carolina Universities

Over the past two years, a lot of information has come out exposing how Daszak funneled millions of research dollars to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in China for gain of function research on coronaviruses. However, that’s just the tip of the iceberg. According to Martin, at least $141 million went to the U.S. bioweapons program led by the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Martin continues:

“I have been the most ardent advocate for shaming the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill for a very good reason … and the reason is because in 1984, the state of North Carolina, not just the university, sold itself to … GlaxoSmithKline and the Wellcome companies.

The reason why you’ve heard the term ‘Research Triangle Institute’ or ‘Research Triangle Park’ — which is University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Duke University and North Carolina State University — is because the state of North Carolina sold its universities to GlaxoSmithKline Wellcome, and they did it because of AZT.

AZT was on patent, and we needed a state in the United States to be ground zero, to make sure that AZT became the drug of choice for the treatment of HIV. So in 1984, we invent HIV, conveniently for the purpose of making sure we have one treatment: AZT.

Here’s the interesting little fact that very few people know. If you go back and look at the videos of Anthony Fauci in 1985 and 1986 … he’s talking about [getting] a vaccine for HIV. But he suddenly got a knock on the door from GlaxoSmithKline going, ‘Hey Mr. Fauci, don’t start that project until the patent on AZT runs out.’

I’m not making this up. It’s actually videos that you can see. And so, mysteriously, courtesy of the Wellcome AZT protest, from 1991 to 1996, the world was told that the only treatment for HIV was AZT, and as such, the patent and the rest of the patent life on AZT could expire, so that GlaxoSmithKline Wellcome could get all of the money for the patented technology for a thing that was killing patients that allegedly had HIV.

Murder for hire. North Carolina sold the state so that could happen. Conveniently, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) decided that UNC Chapel Hill was its go-to institution, while AZT was in its monopoly run, to begin the process of doing HIV vaccine research …

So, ‘91 to ‘96 is the AZT cover story. Underneath that you have Ralph Baric genetically modifying and making chimeras of this coronavirus thing to create an HIV vaccine, which is going to conveniently roll out in 1997, as the patent on AZT expires.

[This] is the reason why you need to figure out how to get the gastrointestinal and flu problem to become a heart problem: Because you need to get that package, that little envelope around what we call coronavirus … to deliver the HIV vaccine.

So all of the funding for the HIV vaccine that was going to this program was actually going to use coronavirus as the packet in which the HIV vaccine was going to be delivered. That’s the model. [There are] hundreds of papers on this.

And, this is why this question of … is there HIV fragments somewhere in [the COVID shots]? The answer is, of course there is. It was designed into it. And it was designed into it, not a couple of years ago, not by Moderna, not by BioNtech. This was designed in many, many years earlier.

Not surprisingly, from ‘96 to ’99, Ralph Baric begins the weaponization of this allegedly synthetic coronavirus envelope to become a vaccine vector. 1999 comes along, and lo and behold, Baric and Fauci create what I affectionately call FrankenCoV.

What’s that? That is the monster, that’s the chimera. That’s the idea that we can change surface glycans, we can change surface spike proteins, we can change surface oligomerization, we can do all kinds of things to modify this thing.

So we can actually have this … package shell, the outer edge of coronavirus, we can allow that to be the carrier of getting anything we want into any cell we want. Which is the reason why the 2002 patent becomes interesting.”

NIAID Funded Research to Increase Human Pathogenicity

Next, Martin shows a letter, dated October 21, 2014, from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) to the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, declaring that Baric’s grant I1077810-02 had been deemed subject to the moratorium on gain of function research involving coronaviruses. However, at the bottom of the page 1, it also states that:

“As this grant is already funded, the pause is voluntary and you can continue to conduct the applicable GOF [gain of function] research until the end of the currently active budget period.”

In other words, the NIAID gave Baric a free pass to decide whether he wanted to abide by the moratorium or not. What’s more, the grant actually didn’t have a termination date, because it was a noncompetitive, perpetually funded grant. So, Baric was given a free pass to conduct gain of function research indefinitely.

And what was this grant for? To increase the “human pathogenesis” of coronavirus in vivo, meaning inside the body. “Two billion people are going to be incapacitated or killed — because of this letter,” Martin says.

Who Can Be Held Accountable?

Alright. So, why can’t we just prosecute Baric, Fauci and whomever else and be done with it? Because this research project was placed under the World Health Organization’s GAVI Vaccine Alliance, and under Article 5, Section 13 of the WHO’s charter, they cannot be investigated or prosecuted for any crimes committed. GAVI, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, also has diplomatic immunity and cannot be investigated by local authorities there either.

“They knew that if they put the project under the WHO, it was shielded from all criminal investigation and all criminal liability — forever,” Martin says.

But that’s not all. 2010 to 2020 was declared The Decade of Vaccines. GAVI devised a global vaccine action plan that included global acceptance of a “universal influenza-coronavirus vaccine” by 2020, to protect against “accidental or intentional release” of a respiratory pathogen. As noted by Martin, “release” is “an active, intent-filled word. It is not an ‘oops’ accident.”

Recall, the same person who said they needed to create media hype to create sustained funding, Daszak, was appointed to lead the WHO’s investigation into the lab leak theory. Not surprisingly, his team decided there was no evidence to support the lab leak theory and it was probably a case of zoonotic transference after all.

A Crime That Keeps Going and Going

Martin also stresses that this crime is not just about the creation of COVID. It’s a crime that keeps going and going. He explains how children were murdered in 2011 clinical trials for a malaria vaccine. Sixty-six of the children in the vaccine group suffered serious and/or fatal adverse events, as did 28 in the control group. However, controls were not given saline, but rather a cocktail of other vaccines.

“When people attempted to hold the clinical trials agents accountable for their actions, guess what they referred to? They referred to Article [5 Section] 13 of their representative as members [of the WHO, which gives them] ‘immunity from personal arrest or detention and from seizure personal baggage and respect to words spoken or written and all acts done by them in their official capacity, immunity from legal process of every kind.’

That’s in the charter of what we call the World Health Organization. That ladies and gentlemen is the mafia, and we should stop pretending it’s something else.

It is an embarrassment to the Swiss people. It is embarrassment to the Swiss government that the World Health Organization exists in this place. Because the Swiss have enabled the organized crime of the World Health Organization, and they have enabled it so that real individuals can murder children under the age of three months …

We the People cannot allow this to happen. We’re talking about the [WHO pandemic] treaty … [when] we should be talking about the World Health Organization itself, not the treaty. And as long as Section 13 of Article 5 remains in the charter, I don’t care what treaties they pass, it doesn’t matter, because the institution is corrupt at its core, and you can’t fix that. That is a license to kill.”

Martin also provides a quick review of the history of how the WHO came to be, and how, in 1952, then-director-general of the WHO, Brock Chisholm, declared that “the role of the WHO is population control.”

Aside from being in charge of population control, the WHO is a marketing and distribution arm for private sector interests that sponsor it (Bill Gates being a primary one), while simultaneously providing them with immunity from prosecution.

According to Martin, Gates various organizations provide so much money to the WHO that “By every definition of the law, [the WHO] is a wholly owned subsidiary.”

Timeline

Toward the end of his speech, Martin summarizes some of the key items on the timeline of the conspiracy to commit global genocide:

  • In 2002, U.S. scientists developed the weapon.
  • In 2003, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention patented the weapon in its first commercial deployment (SARS).
  • In 2005, mRNA spike protein was declared a biological “warfare-enabling” technology.
  • In 2016, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences published “SARS-Like W1V1-COV Poised for Human Emergence.”7 The W1V1-COV refers to the first COVID-like virus made at the WIV. In that article, they not only state that the virus is ready for release, but they also detailed the best ways to release it.

At the bottom of the article, you also learn that the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill impaneled two separate institutional review board reviews of this study, the first to review the ethics of the research and a second to review the ethics of violating the gain of function moratorium, which is unusual to say the least. As noted by Martin:

“You do not usually have an ethics board going ‘Well, should we do this? It’s probably a bad idea.’ And then somebody goes, ‘It’s illegal’ … ‘OK, should we do the illegal thing?’ ‘Yeah, let’s go ahead do that. The guys over here said it was ethical to do the illegal thing to kill people.’ That happened and is published in this 2016 article.”

September 18, 2019, the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board, jointly founded by the WHO and the World Bank,8warned that “a rapidly spreading pandemic due to a lethal respiratory pathogen (whether naturally emergent or accidentally or deliberately released) poses additional preparedness requirements.”

Furthermore, the “Progress indicator by September 2020” section specified the commitment by donors and member countries to finance and develop a universal influenza vaccine and other therapeutics.9

“This is the admission by the World Health Organization that they are going to do a release of a respiratory pathogen,” Martin says, adding:

“And, by the way, the reason why this is particularly important is they say ‘a lethal respiratory pathogen.’ They knew they were going to kill people. That’s why they use the word lethal …

This is the evidence that we can use in a criminal case to say, ‘This was not an accident. This was an actual premeditated act of lethality.’ They not only told you when it was going to happen. They told you the deadline for the outcome response. ‘We’re going to release the pathogen so that by September 2020, the world has accepted a universal vaccine.’ That is prima facia terrorism, collusion, racketeering, criminal conspiracy and … murder.

So that’s why we have the Wanted posters … [for] Peter Daszak … Ralph Baric … Jeremy Farrar … Chris Elias … Ghebreyesus … Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci, the World Health Organization, DARPA, the United Nations … Rockefeller Foundation, the Wellcome Trust and the Gates Foundation.

These individuals, in violation of racketeering, antitrust and anticompetition laws, colluded to create the largest act of global terrorism known to Earth and announced the plan to do it on September 18, 2019, with premeditation and with the intent to kill.

This was entirely a premeditated act. They told us it would happen in 2011. They announced the event horizon in 2019 … Conspiring to commit acts of terror, restraint of trade, deceptive medical practices, price fixing, fraudulent conveyance. These are the crimes that the World Health Organization not only allowed to happen, but [it also] promoted these crimes and gave political cover for those crimes …

All-cause mortality in the ages of 18 to 55 is now 40% higher in the people that were injected with a biological weapon. That number is not going down. That number is going up in every jurisdiction. And here’s the saddest part about it. That number will continue to go up. If they [meet] their 2011 objective, that number will go up to 2 billion people.”

The Damage Is Done

Martin points out that even if they don’t unleash any other bioweapons, the desired death toll may still be achieved, because they used pseudouridine in the mRNA shots, which is causing “turbo cancers.”

Pseudouridine suppresses cancer-controlling agents and promotes oncogenic activity in the body, and this has been known since 2018, so its inclusion was hardly an accident.

The shots are also targeting reproduction, which is a key target if you want to depopulate. It’s not just infertility. Prostate, ovarian and uterine cancers make it more difficult to have sex, and hence more difficult to have children.

According to Martin, the evidence is clear. None of this is accidental. It’s a conspiracy, alright. But not a conspiracy theory in the dismissive sense. It’s a global conspiracy by identifiable agents who have, for nearly 60 years, plotted to commit, and profit from, the greatest genocide the world has ever seen, while hiding behind the false veneer of “public health.”

Excess mortality and the absence of evidence

Excess mortality and the absence of evidence
By Robert Silverman
15.12.22

“The absence of evidence is not necessarily the evidence of absence.” So spoke Donald Rumsfeld, former US Defence Secretary and one of the leading architects of the 2003 war on Iraq.

What Rumsfeld was getting at was the lack of evidence that the Iraqi government was developing weapons of mass destruction. The lack of evidence didn’t mean that Saddam didn’t have them, Rumsfeld and others argued, and Iraq was put to the sword on that basis.

In fact, the evidence that Iraq did not have WMD was already there. It just did not suit the US to believe it.

A not-so-remote parallel is evidence that might connect mRNA vaccines to ‘excess mortality.’ Yet, like Rumsfeld, the politicians, ‘health experts’, and media commentators who bullied, coerced, or otherwise inveigled large chunks of the planet’s human population into vaccination are claiming the evidence is not there.

This poses the question – when they are not looking for it, is this because the evidence is not there or because they don’t want it found?

Consider post-vaccination deaths as a crime scene. The detectives gather and draw up a list of suspects. In this case, the ‘detectives’ are the same politicians, ‘health experts’ and media commentators who pushed people into vaccination in the first place.

Circumstantial evidence indicates that the mRNA vaccines should be prime suspects, but they are not even on the list of suspects, and the suggestion that they should be is dismissed out of hand.

This deliberate exclusion of a prime suspect is surely a giveaway. As Queen Gertrude remarks in Hamlet, of a stage performer who lacks credibility, “The lady doth protest too much, methinks.”

The failure to forensically investigate the cause of death allows the purveyors of vaccination to chant in a chorus that there is no scientific evidence linking vaccination to mortality.

In fact, there has been some forensic research in Denmark and Germany, but more is needed to be more than indicative of a broader problem.

However, in a court of law, circumstantial evidence can be sufficient for conviction and in the case of post-vaccination deaths, the circumstantial evidence is mountainous.

First is the unprecedented number of reported post-vaccination deaths in the US, the UK, and many other highly vaccinated countries. This has now resulted in an extraordinary surge in “excess mortality” reported in these countries.

Here are some figures for the millions of “excess mortality” deaths reported worldwide.

By May 5, 2022, the World Health Organisation (WHO) listed 14.9 million excess deaths above the expected baseline. The increases in 2020-21 ranged nationally from 11.3 to 15.6 per cent. “Directly or indirectly,” the WHO ascribes these deaths to “the pandemic” in general.

In Australia, the Bureau of Statistics (ABS) recorded 128.797 deaths between January and August 31, 2022, or 18,671 (17 per cent), more than the baseline average. In August alone, 17,419 deaths were 1926 (12.4 per cent) above the baseline average. Excess mortality in Australia usually falls between 1-2 per cent.

The Actuaries Institute considers population growth and an ageing population and presents slightly different figures from the ABS. Based on its analysis, the actual figure for excess mortality for the first eight months of 2022 would be 13 per cent.

Of the 18,671 deaths listed as excess mortality, 7,722 were caused by Covid-19, it claims. However, this still leaves 10,944 non-Covid deaths, which no one seems able to explain, including the spokesperson for the Actuaries Institute, Karen Cutter.

Nevertheless, whether the true figure is 17 per cent or 13 per cent, the excess mortality rate for the first eight months of 2022 is still “incredibly high,” Ms Cutter said. She admits being unable to explain it but is adamant – even though she cannot prove it – that mRNA vaccines are not the cause.

As quoted on the Our World in Data website (‘Excess mortality during Coronavirus pandemic’),

            – modelling by the Economist magazine indicates that the total number of global excess deaths is two to four times higher than the reported number of deaths from Covid-19.

One singular aspect of all the statistics is the rising number of the media’s “mysterious” deaths of healthy young people. Of course, the ‘experts’ cannot explain these deaths either, except for myocarditis, known to be a direct consequence of the vaccination.

Otherwise, they ignore the possibility that vaccination is a prime cause of the deaths of young people with no known health complications.

As for the circumstantial evidence, Open Vaers – a summary of the official US Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) reporting system – outlined a listing on November 25, 2022, showing 2,368,670 reports of ‘adverse consequences’ of vaccination, including 32,508 deaths.

In Europe, according to Eurostat monitoring, excess mortality climbed to 16 per cent in July 2022, compared to seven per cent in June. For example, the excess mortality rate in Spain was 37 per cent in July, more than double the EU rate; the figure was 33 per cent in Cyprus and 31 per cent in Greece.

The vaccination rate in all these countries includes 67 per cent in the US and 74 per cent in the UK.

In Australia, 97.8 per cent of the adult population (over 16 years of age) have had one vaccination, 96.1 had two vaccinations and 68.4 per cent had three vaccinations, giving a mean average of 84/85 per cent ‘vaccinated.’

As the one new element in the surge – explosion – in excess mortality since 2019, vaccination clearly should be regarded as a prime suspect.

Some small forensic clues in reports from Norway and Germany have some bearing on the current situation.

In 2021 a review by the Norwegian Medicines Agency (NMA) concluded that there was a causal link between the Pfizer vaccine and death.

Out of the 100 deaths examined, it was considered “likely” in 10 cases, “possible” in 26 cases and “unlikely” in 59.

In Germany, a small-scale research report published on November 22 found that 5 of 25 deaths within 20 days were directly caused by vaccination.

The NMA specifically warned that “the benefits of vaccination for very frail elderly people with very short life expectancy should therefore be carefully assessed against the associated risks, and it may often be better not to vaccinate.”

The message was not heeded in many countries, including Australia, where 80-100 per cent of elderly people living in aged care homes were double or triple vaccinated in 2021, where the post-vaccination death rate was high.

Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), in its October 6, 2022, newsletter, said it had investigated 939 post-vaccination deaths and could link only 14 to the Covid-19 vaccines, 13 of them to the Vaxzevria vaccine (formerly AstraZeneca).

The TGA describes how it reaches its conclusions in this passage: “For each report we receive, a team of staff including doctors and nurses consider the strength of the evidence for a link between vaccination and the condition that caused the death.”

The TGA does not conduct autopsies, request coronial investigations, or make formal declarations of the cause of death. “Thus, the causes of death were not forensically determined based on the views of a staff team.”

‘What’s behind the mystery of thousands of excess deaths this summer?’ The Guardian newspaper asked on September 13, 2022. Answering its question, the Guardian suggests heart and lung, cancers, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease, but there is “no one clear reason that jumps out.”

Ms Cutter argues that if people suffer strokes, heart attacks and other fatal conditions several months after recovering from Covid-19, which by her implication, is the long-term cause.

Other causes aggravated by Covid-19 include dementia, cancers, ischaemic heart disease and cerebrovascular disease.

In Melbourne the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) ‘Factlab’ claimed there is “no credible evidence” linking vaccines to excess mortality in Australia or overseas.

It claimed half of the excess mortality deaths in Australia were due to Covid-19 itself. At the same time, “for much of the remainder, infectious diseases or the after-effects of the Covid infection were more likely reasons.”

It says the “evidence” does not suggest vaccines are to blame. Tim Adair, a researcher at the University of Melbourne’s School of Population and Global Health, says the excess mortality numbers “don’t shed any light on vaccine-related deaths.”

Factlab concludes that it is “not possible to conclude from these population level estimates that vaccines were to blame.” It is not possible to conclude that vaccines were not to blame.

Factlab is short on facts and strong on insinuation and seemingly anxious to exculpate vaccination without having the evidence at hand.

The vaccine manufacturers’ evidence needs to be inserted here of the wide range of possible vaccination consequences, far more extensive than Australian politicians, health ‘experts’, and the media have been willing to let on to the general public.

They include many of the conditions listed by the actuary as a delayed response to Covid-19 infection.

In the US, there have been more ‘adverse consequences’ from mRNA vaccines since 2021 than the total number recorded for all vaccines authorised since VAERS began keeping records in 1990.

Responding to a Freedom of Information application made in 2021, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said it would be able to release 500 pages a month of the 329,000 Pfizer clinical trial documents it held.

This would take 56 years, but with the number of documents subsequently increased to 450,000, the FDA’s time frame would have extended to 75 years.

On January 7, 2022, a Texas judge ordered the FDA to release 55,000 documents a month, a process that would reduce the time frame to eight months.

The released documents show that 158,893 post-vaccination ‘adverse events were reported in the first three months of the global ‘rollout’ (December 1 2020 – February 28 2021).

Pfizer’s category of 1291 ‘Adverse Events of Special Interest (AESI)’ included the death of 1223 people in the US, the UK, the EU, and other countries, classified by the company as “side effects”, which it argued were not necessarily linked to use of the vaccine.

For the non-medical specialist, the more recognisable ‘adverse events’ on Pfizer’s list include heart attacks and other cardiac problems, pulmonary embolisms, deep vein and atrial thrombosis, strokes caused by blood clots in the brain, neurological events (including petit mal and seizure epilepsy, Guillain Barre syndrome, multiple sclerosis/multiple sclerosis relapse and meningitis), acute kidney injury, acute respiratory failure, acute encephalitis, facial paralysis (Bell’s Palsy), Addison’s Disease, anaphylactic shock, arthritis, shingles, haematological disorders (including haemorrhages) spontaneous abortion and premature birth. All by which was hidden from Australia’s heavily vaccinated population by governments and the media.

Readers wondering how an “unapproved medical product” authorised only for emergency use can be fully approved before the completion of clinical trials, as the Pfizer vaccine was – should know that the FDA, once entirely taxpayer-funded, is a major recipient of funding by the pharmaceutical sector.

Almost half of its current $5.9 billion budget is paid as ‘user fees’ by the corporations whose products it is asked to licence.

The governments and ‘health experts’ who herded people into vaccination through a campaign of fear, bullying and intimidation have a vested interest in not looking for evidence that might expose them as the architects of one of the greatest crimes against humanity in world history.

Back to Mr Rumsfeld: “Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence,” the evidence is not there, but like the architects of the war on Iraq, why would the purveyors of mass vaccination want to dig it up?

Best to keep chanting “the evidence is not there” in the hope that the surge in excess mortality won’t continue into coming years. The sheer numbers of the dead already indicate that there is a terrible problem here that stands in urgent need of proper scientific examination.

Dangers of Digital Penetration in Our Lives

Digital Penetration

By Jackson Page
Jackson Page is a pseudonym for a Melbourne-based politician

Underwhelming lack of interest greeted Katy Gallagher’s recent launch of draft legislation for a federally backed biometric or digital ID system. Although it indicates a range of significant changes to be made to Australia, the event earned few headlines and quickly sank from public view. A humble arrival for what was recently hypothesis -or conspiracy if you prefer.

In fact, the proposed digital ID system is part of a socio-economic transformation currently played out at a global, national and institutional level that incorporates new economic models and paradigms and new and not so new technology. It is part of a complicated web of technology companies, global financial corporations, public and private global institutions, think tanks, foundations and a Gordion mess of NGOs that not even the most talented forensic accountant could untangle.

And at the black heart of this transformation is the full integration into society of digital/biometric ID. Without it, central bank digital currencies won’t work and without it, full AI integration of government services and banking services, as well as government administration, will not be possible.

You could be forgiven for believing until now that the convenience of a digital wallet is a good thing and that hysteria about it is overblown- that is after all, the government’s message. However, the issue here is not just the escalating lack of privacy, but our subjugation to tech companies and the ownership of public infrastructure.

What jobs will there be in the new economy? Who will benefit in the new economy? Do we get a say in whether we all agree to this new economy? As this is a global paradigm shift, where does Australia sit in the new order?

Robert Silverman’s recent article for Umbrella on de-banking scandals across the world makes some elements very clear: these changes to your rights in one sector mean that you are now subject to punitive intervention in all sectors at a government or private company’s discretion and their assessment of your worth to society.

Generations struggled for rights that are now being disassembled, outsourced and monetised, then placed in the hands of private companies and often in the hands of capricious individuals. What manner of political philosophy supports this? Is this liberal democracy?

A digitalised way of life imposed from the top is accompanied by numerous other examples of government overreach. One is the apparent attempt by the Victorian government to privatise what is left of public housing, following the sale of almost all significant public asset and the sale or outsourcing of utilities (how’s that Andrew’s SEC re-boot looking, suckers?) and services.

No one voted for this but a bloated drone bureaucracy and media under-reporting or indifference ensures that the government is well equipped to do what it wants.

The published number of people directly employed by the Victorian government is more than one in ten in the work force. Employment by the public sector is 350,000 (as of 2021, and surely has increased since then) within a total number of jobs in Victoria of  3,163,746. Once you factor in indirect employment- contractors and industries solely employed due to revenue from the government, that number must surely be higher than 20 % of all employment.

Government employees received privileged treatment during the state’s six lockdowns. They were paid on time and even given salary increases while small businesses were being run into the ground and tens of thousands of people thrown out of work. Essential workers among them were immune from the sanctions imposed on the rest of us. They were able to pay their mortgages and order lunch by delivery from local restaurant owners who were slowly going mad and/or broke while politicians had the brazen cheek to give themselves a pay rise.

A class of controllers is more firmly embedded in Australia than ever before. Small in number it has the capacity to pull all the strings. There are exceptions but generally the media is its propaganda arm. It decides what we should know, highlighting what it wants to know and suppressing or distorting the rest.  This class presents itself well.  It is onside with all the right causes. It virtue signals its concerns using flags or masks on social media and the right pronouns and acknowledgement to country in emails. It seems to feel that five rainbow masks on a twitter feed bestow saintliness.

There is much hypocrisy behind the facade. This same class cries out in support of sustainable development but drives electric cars and uses iPhones made using cobalt and lithium, produced from some of the most exploitative mining operations that exist (while draining coal fired power grids) and flies away on holiday while preaching against the use of fossil fuels. Sustainability is the magic invocation that transforms any questionable government, corporate or individual act within this governing class into one of benevolence. It radiates the confidence that it will escape the consequences of what it is deciding for the rest of us.

New codes of behaviour and even language have emerged to match the magnitude of the changes being imposed on us. There is a superficially new morality as well although in its virtue signalling and cancellation of heretics it is as old as the hills.  The old morality has been covered up by a thin veneer of the new, relayed to us through the media by governments, corporations and social media stars and influencers. They know what is true and what is not, what is good and what is bad,  how we should speak and how we should think. The rest of us – the 99 per cent – have to be told.  So strong is their grip that to speak out is to be denounced.

The released encrypted messages Mike Pezzullo, the head of the Home Affairs department, sent to influential businessman Scott Briggs were exceptional only because Pezzullo was caught out and had to step down. In these secret messages, he was peddling political influence with someone very close to Malcolm Turnbull. This might not be how a democratic system is supposed to work but it is how it does work, not just amongst politicians but their allies and servants in the non-elected managerial class, for which the only golden rule is not to get caught.

As the well-protected managerial class move further away from direct experiences of the lives the rest of us have to live, its solutions to problems big and small show the same kind of drift. Control and profit are its imperatives. The trade-off that privatisation was supposed to bring – lower costs, higher competition and greater efficiency – has been redirected into profit-seeking monopolies that compare badly with the efficiency of utilities when they were public property.

However, it’s not just wealth that is being transferred upwards. Fundamental rights established long ago, including the freedom of speech, are being sucked into increasingly absolute control by the top as well. The repressive new age agenda being set by politicians managerial technocrats is dystopian, a broadening authoritarian shadow over our lives of how fascist regimes of the past sought to rule.  Parasitic in nature, it burrows deeply into our very existence to mine it for data and thus power, believing in the necessity of its ‘right’ to subjugate, control and reset the way we want to live. Noblesse oblige for the 21st century.

Biometric or digital identity is the thin end of the wedge being driven into the old order to make way for the new.

‘Social Impact Investing’ is another new concepts that demands proper public discussion. To give a quick overview, it is the ‘philosophy’ of financing government services such as health, education, unemployment, and disability via bonds. Funding providers and investors get a financial return in a system that will eventually be linked through digital ID, blockchain and AI.

Values based capitalism is- like so much of the horseshit we are subjected to from the mouths of true believers- a turd of epic proportions. Compliance with automated metrics for the benefit of the funding body and investors is a revolting perversion of what social services are supposed to be.

The real or invented emergencies of recent years have set the stage for compliance with whatever the managers dictate. COVID, the war in Ukraine, identity politics and the Voice continue to distract and divide while your hip pocket is being emptied and your political voice is diminished.

On social media there’s a recent trend of asking people how often they think about the Roman Empire. Two thousand or so years ago Romans on campaign would march into a village, taking what they needed of the grain planted, harvested, and stored by the peasants.  Occasionally they would offer coin, occasionally leave them to starve, or just as frequently murdering, rape and pillage the entire population if the mood took them. Exploitation and theft then as now. Molon Labe.

Election fraud, impeachment inquiries, prosecution of political opponents… Can American politics get any worse?

The mainstream propaganda machine’s (ab)use of the term “conspiracy theory” (coined by the likes of the CIA in an attempt to stifle and discredit any information that could hurt their interests) has made it virtually impossible to talk about election fraud in the United States. Anyone even remotely suggesting that this could be possible in the “lighthouse of global democracy” was considered a “conspiracy nut”. Former president Donald Trump was even threatened will legal action if he doesn’t drop the idea. Worse yet, some Democrats even accused him of supposed “treachery”, as the claims of election fraud could further undermine the otherwise “impeccable” image and reputation of the US.

However, the latest poll, conducted jointly by Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports, based in Illinois and New Jersey, respectively, found that 20% of voters who cast mail-in ballots during the 2020 presidential election admit to participating in at least one kind of voter fraud. Heartland and Rasmussen claim that when asked, “During the 2020 election, did you fill out a ballot, in part or in full, on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child?”, 21% of respondents who said they voted by mail answered “yes”. It should be noted that filling out a ballot on someone else’s behalf is illegal in all US states (although some allow people to assist others with voting).

In addition, 17% of mail-in voters said they voted “in a state where you were no longer a permanent resident”, while the same percentage also admitted to signing a “ballot or ballot envelope on behalf of a friend or family member”. Both actions are illegal and automatically invalidate votes. The report further points out that over 43% of voters cast ballots by mail, which is by far the highest percentage in US history. Another 10% of all respondents — not just those who said they voted by mail — claimed that they know “a friend, family member, co-worker, or other acquaintance who has admitted … that he or she cast a mail-in ballot in 2020 in a state other than his or her state of permanent residence”.

However, more disturbingly, 8% of all respondents said “a friend, family member, or organization, such as a political party” offered them “pay” or a “reward” for agreeing to vote in the 2020 election. The results of the poll show that election fraud was not only present during the 2020 election, but was actually quite common, particularly in the case of mail-in ballots. It also shows that Trump’s claims were certainly not exaggerated, much less a “conspiracy theory”. However, the troubled Biden administration will certainly keep insisting on this notion, for obvious reasons, of course. And yet, this isn’t where their troubles end, as President Joe Biden is faced with an impeachment inquiry.

Namely, on December 13, the House of Representatives approved the launch of a formal impeachment probe, just hours after Hunter Biden refused a Congressional testimony. According to the Wall Street Journal, formalizing the impeachment process will give Congress additional power by improving the likelihood that a court will authorize access to grand jury materials, as well as boosting the chances that the GOP will be able to overcome objections such as executive privilege. The White House has been trying to torpedo Congressional subpoenas and demands for transcribed interviews with Biden family members since they were launched back in September.

These refusals were based on the grounds that the existing impeachment probe was invalid because the House didn’t vote to authorize it. However, with a 221-212 vote in favor of the inquiry, the Biden administration can’t use this as an excuse anymore. House Speaker Mike Johnson even directly accused the White House of impeding the investigation, which has so far been two-pronged. Namely, the House Oversight Committee is focusing on the Biden family’s corruption, while the House Judiciary Committee is investigating the weaponization of the Justice Department and FBI, as both are being used by the DNC to prosecute political opponents, with a particular focus on Donald Trump.

The sheer number of cases launched against him is absolutely unprecedented. No president has ever been indicted in the US, but Trump now has over half a dozen major cases and a plethora of smaller ones, including for alleged “election subversion”. Trump’s business-minded approach to politics and geopolitics has made him quite a lot of enemies among the political elites in Washington DC, which he, ever so “endearingly” (but not without reason), likes to call “The Swamp”. His statements about Putin and Russia are effectively considered “heresy” among both Democrat neoliberals and his “fellow” Republican neocons. Trump’s aversion toward warmongering is his “gravest crime”.

While in office, he had tremendous problems with warhawks within his own administration, resulting in several high-profile sackings, such as the case of the infamous John Bolton, one of the leading members of the so-called “war party” in Washington DC. Trump’s realpolitik approach stands in stark contrast to the warmongering elite’s overly ideological and completely impractical foreign policy framework that has not only created enemies everywhere, but has also effectively united them. He regularly criticizes his political opponents for underestimating Russia, a resurgent global superpower, rightfully calling it dangerous for US and global security.

However, Trump’s repeated warnings have not only been ignored, but simply rejected by the political establishment. It seems that high-profile US political figures committing any crime can get away with it, including sexual misconduct with minors, as long as they support the official narrative, even when the said narrative leads to a world-ending thermonuclear exchange. However, fighting the narrative in order to prevent such a conflict will almost certainly result in years of incessant and largely unfounded slandering (at best) or even land one in jail on trumped-up (no pun intended) charges. Either way, the current political situation completely dispels the illusion that the US is a democracy.

The Worst 2024 Election Interference Won’t Come from Russia or China

By Caitlin A. Johnstone

The New York Times has been churning out an amazing number of hit pieces on Robert F Kennedy Jr lately.

On Tuesday the Times published an audio essay titled “Why I Regret Debating Robert F. Kennedy Jr.” by opinion columnist Farhad Manjoo. Manjoo debated Kennedy in 2006 about the legitimacy of George W Bush’s 2004 win against John Kerry, believing that Kennedy’s skepticism of the election results was dangerous.

“Disputing elections is just not good for democracy,” Manjoo says, joining the rest of the American liberal political/media class in rewriting history to pretend they didn’t just spend the entire Trump administration doing exactly that.

Manjoo cites his experience debating Kennedy (whom he repeatedly refers to as a “conspiracy theorist”) to argue that nobody should debate the presidential candidate on the topic of Covid vaccines, adding yet another entry to the countless articles and news segments which were published in the mass media last month saying that vaccine scientist Peter Hotez should reject Joe Rogan’s offer of $100,000 to a charity of his choice if he’d debate Kennedy on the subject.

Last week The New York Times published an article titled “5 Noteworthy Falsehoods Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Has Promoted,” along with a Paul Krugman article which opens with the line “Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is a crank” and an opinion piece titled “Pro-Vaccine Views Are Winning. Don’t Fear the Skeptics.” which opens with a stab at Kennedy. The week before that there was a standard hit piece by Gail Collins. The week before that there was another piece by Farhad Manjoo about how nobody should debate Kennedy about vaccines.

Sometimes they’re presented as opinion pieces, sometimes they’re presented as hard news stories despite brazenly biased language and overt editorializing, and all are slanted against Kennedy in some way. The New York Times plainly dislikes RFK Jr, and makes no secret of working to make sure its audience dislikes him too.

And this is pretty much what we can expect from American mass media until Kennedy has either lost his presidential race or had his reputation so thoroughly destroyed among the electorate that he can be safely ignored. The message will be hammered and hammered and hammered home until the illusory truth effect causes readers to mistake rote repetition for truth, and Kennedy’s campaign will fizzle.

And Silicon Valley is playing, too. Last month YouTube took down multiple videos featuring two different interviews with Kennedy on the grounds that they violated the platform’s policies against “vaccine misinformation”. Youtube is owned by Google, which has had ties to the CIA and NSA since its inception and is now a full-fledged Pentagon contractor.

Kennedy tweeted some interesting comments about YouTube’s removal of his interviews.

“People made a big deal about Russia supposedly manipulating internet information to influence a Presidential election. Shouldn’t we be worried when giant tech corporations do the same?” asked Kennedy, adding, “When industry and government are so closely linked, there is little difference between ‘private’ and ‘government’ censorship. Suppression of free speech is not suddenly OK when it is contracted out to the private corporations that control the public square.”

This is a point I’ve been emphasizing for years: in a corporatist system of government, where there’s no real separation between corporate power and state power, corporate censorship is state censorship.

And it really is interesting how almost everyone seems to be pretty much okay with corporations in the media and Silicon Valley interfering in a US election like this. Everyone shrieked their lungs out about the (now wholly discredited) narrative that Russian bots had influenced the US election with tweets and Facebook memes, but immensely wealthy corporations with universes more influence manipulating the way people think and vote is perfectly fine?

That does seem to be the way of it, though. This past April the Obama administration’s acting CIA director Mike Morell admitted to using his intelligence connections to circulate a false story in the press during the 2020 presidential race that the Hunter Biden laptop leak was a Russian disinfo op, because he wanted to ensure that Joe Biden would win the election. And absolutely nothing happened to him; Morell just went on with his day.

It’s just taken as a given that it’s fine for US oligarchs and empire managers to interfere in an election with brazen psyops and mass media propaganda, even as more and more internet censorship gets put in place on the grounds of protecting election security. If an ordinary American circulated disinformation to manipulate the election, imperial spinmeisters would cite that as evidence that online communication needs to be more aggressively controlled. But when Obama’s acting CIA director does it, it’s cool. Election interference for me but not for thee.

This is where the most election interference will come from in this presidential race: not from Russia, not from China, but from the rich and powerful drivers of the US-centralized empire. The operation of a globe-spanning power structure is simply too important to be left in the hands of the electorate.

I don’t have any strong opinions about RFK Jr and won’t be supporting any presidential candidate in America’s pretend election. But these presidential races do often provide opportunities to highlight the ways our rulers have got everything locked down.
